Base Station Library Online is a continuing education resource that offers past recorded ALS/ILS OTEP Base station lectures for emergency medical service professionals.

These are large files,in order to get a large screen size. This is will take time to upload and buffer.

If you have not received your password, please contact Tamarah Hoffman. 

Once you have watched the video, please contact Tamarah for the corresponding test. Tamarah will send you the test by email to you in adobe format. You can return the test in one of the following three ways:

• Download the adobe formatted test, highlight the correct answer and email it completed test AND attached request for OTEP form/base station drill sheet to tamhofman@aol.com
• Download the adobe formatted test, and fax completed test AND attached request for OTEP form/base station drill sheet to 360-867-4967.
• Download the adobe formatted test, and turn in completed test AND attached request for OTEP form/base station drill sheet to Dr. Hoffman either at the next base station or at his box at the hospital.

You can check OTEP spread sheet online to see if you passed the test or if you need to retake the test to get OTEP credit.
